The Dream Machine is a brainwave entrainment tool that uses audio frequencies to help guide your brain into different mental states—from deep sleep to focused concentration.
Using scientifically-based sound frequencies, you can naturally influence your brainwave patterns to achieve relaxation, meditation, better sleep, or enhanced focus.
1. For binaural beats, use stereo headphones.
2. In Binaural Beats, choose a preset or set your own frequencies, then press Play. You can add ambience and adjust levels for a comfortable mix.
3. In Isochronic Tones, select a pulse program and press Play. Isochronic tones work with speakers or headphones and can be layered with other audio.
4. In Sleep Programs, choose one program to start a layered sleep bed. The program keeps playing while you navigate to other sections so you can continue layering.
5. The Stop button is a master control and will stop all sounds across the entire app, including Sleep Programs.
Binaural beats occur when two slightly different frequencies are played to each ear. Your brain perceives a third tone—the difference between them—which helps guide your brainwaves.
Requires stereo headphones - each ear must hear a different frequency for the effect to work.
Programs: Choose from preset programs designed for specific purposes, or experiment with your own carrier wave and binaural beat frequencies using the sliders.
Isochronic tones are rhythmic pulses of sound that turn on and off at specific frequencies. Many find them even more effective than binaural beats.
